"Tony went above and beyond to help my daughter get back into her apt after she locked herself on her back patio and had a child lock on her front door that couldn't be opened from the outside by my key. This young man scaled the building like Spiderman and got to my daughter's 2nd story balcony and helped her get back into the apt thru her blocked sliding glass door. No questions asked just did what he had to do to help 2 women in 100° weather after midnight.."

"I had a key made 30d ago by this company my key then wouldn’t start my car with the same issue the technician Tony came to fix previously. I contacted Tony and was hung up on which lead to text messages like a child to proceed to tell me it wasn’t the key but my car he was 1000000 percent rude and unprofessional, he wouldn’t even come to take a look at the issue after I paid him $295 less than 30 days from issue. This issue has been reported to the BBB DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

"If I could give this company Zero stars I would. I called asking if they could provide me with a new push to start key fob for my car. Was promised yes they could provide me with said key. First off, the technician that showed up did not know what he was doing. He was on the phone with someone getting directions on how to even make said key fob. Was then given 2 separate key fobs that did not even go to my car. The technician was rude and told me that my car was not factory made as a push to start vehicle. (Which is how I bought this car from the dealership). The technician took apart my push to start function and insisted that I use a key fob in the “ignition” spot. Which in my car is only used for emergency purposes. The key fob he provided me first with was for a mini van with buttons for sliding door options. I drive a jeep grande Cherokee… When I questioned it, he then told me that it didn’t matter and that the key fob would work in the ignition. I told him I was promised by him he could make a key fob with for my car, and that it would be programmed for my push to start car. He told me that he would reprogram a different key. New key is still not for my car. I can’t open my trunk, as there is no button for it (he asked me to describe my button before he even arrived, and promised he had it in stock), there is no autostart function, and my key still is not a push to start function. I was then promised they get shipments of “new keys” every Monday, and the technician said he would come back and fix my now 2nd incorrect key fob. He gave me his number. Monday came and went, I reached out to him and he said he had the key fob and when could I be available for him to fix the mistake he made. I gave him several days and times and he never got back to me on any of those scheduled days despite me reaching out multiple times. I was then told another technician would reach out to me. And never heard from him. I still do not have a proper key fob, that was promised that they could make. My car is still taken apart and not properly put back together from their technician. They have no respect for their customers and ensuring the job was done correctly. I was told they “record all their calls’ and they would not pull the transcript to prove I was promised a service that was not given. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They overcharge and did not actually perform the service they promise. Use anyone else but them"

"Usually don’t write reviews, but definitely felt robbed on this one. They sent a tech out that was unable to provide the services they guaranteed over the phone several times even after me clearly explain ting what in was looking for, they were supposed to program a key fob for my 2014 Duramax to the newer style fobs. After about a hour the technician was unable to do it. He was then trying to program a standard original key fob for the truck and was also unable to do it after several failed attempts I was then charged $70 Just for them to show up I guess, that was not explained over the phone at all nor was any pricing given definitely would not use again or recommend them.now I’m out 70$ and still don’t have a key fob."

"This company is so unprofessional! I called n told them my car wasnt getting bluetooth connection it wld say cant connect wen car is in use n my car wasnt even in use and a message about my power steering for me to drive with caution n my steering wheel was hard to turn also my car wouldnt start right away i had to put fob on my push start button a cpl times for it to start. I notified them n told them tha problem n said its not there problem so my car is left messed up n i never had none of those issues before n i messaged them again n asked uf this is tha way there gona leave my car no response. Also my key fob (the key) attached to tha fob they didnt cut n told me tha 220.00 i paid tha cut wasnt included wen i was told it was!! I regret doing business with them they quit responding no kind of care or offered sum kind of resolution! HORRIBLE! I GOT SCAMMED! NOW I GOT TO PAY TRIPLE THA $ THE MESS HE LEFT!"

"Please do not make the mistake I did. Do not go to this company. They have no integrity and take no responsibility for the damage they cause. They followed up for three days in a row promising they would “make it better,” yet they offered no real solutions. They refused to refund my money and would not cover the cost of repairs for the damage their technician caused. I was charged $750 to replace my key ignition. After their work, my vehicle was left in worse condition than before. My steering wheel is now misaligned and pulls to the side. The steering wheel cap will not stay on and is completely exposed. Even more concerning, the horn does not work, the airbags are not functioning, and none of the radio control buttons on the steering wheel work. This is a serious safety issue. Now I have to take my car to an automotive repair shop to fix the alignment and address the damage they caused, which means additional money out of my pocket on top of the $750 I already paid. Based on my experience, I cannot trust the positive reviews. My situation was nothing like what others describe. I genuinely question whether the reviews reflect real customer experiences. *update* had a mechanic inspect my car after the work was done. He explained that the locksmith technician cut into the electrical wiring, which stopped power from reaching the steering wheel. Because of this, the horn, airbags, and stereo are not working properly. I was told the wiring was damaged when the technician attempted to disable the system. Now I have to take the vehicle to an automotive electrician to repair the electrical damage and restore power to those components."

"Responded quickly regarding the availability and came to the house 1 hr later. We did not talk about the charges to unlock the car. He did the job quickly in less than 5 mins and charged me $400, which I felt is ridiculous. Once we asked him to reduce the cost , he acted weird and said he will call the cops. After some arguments, we agreed to pay $200 and he left. It was a bad experience in terms of communication with the technician only."
