Do you unlock apartments?
Yes. We'll need ID plus something showing you're the current tenant (lease, recent utility bill, mail with the address).
What if my roommate is on the lease and I'm not?
We can't unlock a door without proof of legal occupancy. If you're on the lease but don't have proof handy, we can wait while you get it electronically.
Can you also rekey while you're here?
